Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
All appointments must be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance
Recurring clients receive priority scheduling

Cancellations & No-Shows 🚫

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee
No-show fee applies if we cannot access your home at the scheduled time

Access & Pets 🏠

You will need to provide a key, code, or arrange to be home.
Pets must be secured for the safety of all parties

What's Included 🧼

Add-ons like oven, fridge, or baseboard cleaning must be requested in advance
We do not clean biohazards, mold, or pest-infested areas

Not happy? Contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix it
We may take before and after pictures for quality assurance and marketing unless you request otherwise

Damages & Liability 🧯

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables
If accidental damage occurs, we will resolve it fairly and promptly
